Our Team
Ben Meyer
Ben is an accomplished digital project manager and technologist. He has led a diverse range of digital projects, from large-scale multilingual and multinational website builds to systems procurement, rebranding rollouts, and user testing audits.
His portfolio includes work for Olio – Share more, waste less, Cafèdirect, Network Rail, MK Gallery, and the London Coliseum. Ben’s extensive expertise in project management, digital strategy, AI, development, digital sustainability, and digital workflow design now underpins his role as Co-Founder and Director of Product for SynapTix.
Adam Hogarty
Adam brings a strong background in ticketing and digital implementation, and a self-confessed ticketing enthusiast. He spent nearly 10 years leading ticketing departments of various sizes in Yorkshire, UK, where he successfully implemented both Spektrix and Tessitura multiple times across different venues, facilitating the sale of millions of tickets.
Following this, Adam joined a digital agency, working with theatres, museums, galleries, and arts publications globally. In this role, he delivered websites, digital products, and purchase pathways for cultural organisations across the UK, Nordics, and North America, while also leading design and development teams.
Jerome Toole
Jerome is an experienced full stack developer with a strong foundation in UX and product development. He has contributed to projects across the third sector, startups, and the arts, consistently applying a thoughtful, user-centred approach. Through his freelance consultancy, Jerome collaborates directly with a variety of clients and partners with Cog Design to deliver websites and digital platforms for cultural organisations.
His work frequently involves complex integrations with ticketing systems such as Spektrix and Tessitura. Jerome’s previous experience as a director of an independent music festival provided him with firsthand insight into cultural programming, audience engagement, and the operational realities of arts organisations.
